The vacuum belt continuous dryer is designed to solve the problems associated with extracting highly concentrated materials in viscous products.
Traditionally, a centrifugal spray dryer would damage the thermally sensitive components and lead to materials sticking to the walls of the dryer. Also, regular vacuum ovens are not ideal for these types of operations because the ovens take long periods of time for drying and require large amounts of energy.
This tray dryer is ideal because it features a low drying temperature with excellent sanitary features and it can fully meet GMP requirements.

This equipment is a vacuum chamber where a material conveying guide belt(Teflon PTFE) is fixed in it. Materials are distributed continuously on the guide belt after they pass through the vacuum continuous distributor on the top of the equipment. Based on material properties, the material distribution thickness is adjustable (3mm~30mm).The guide belt keeps conveying slowly to the other end, with the heating zone under it to provide drying heat for the belt, so the materials on the belt evaporate water during convoying constantly and the vapor is quickly removed by vacuum. The materials will automatically fall on the second layer guide belt when they reach the end of the equipment, and they will repeat the operation again and again until they meet the drying requirements.
Multilayered structure can be designed according to material process requirements. With(40.C_180.C) temperature for each layer and adjustable running speed, this equipment is suitable for drying curve required by all kinds of materials and realizes mild drying. Finally the materials fall into the conveying chute at the discharging end, conveyed to the exit hole by the screw conveyor, and then delivered to the material receiving barrel after grinding and sieving by the pulverator with adjustable mesh (20_200). The drying is finished after continuous discharging.
Design and production
We solicit buyers opinions widely at the design and production stage of equipment; especially at the stage of plan and elevation arrangement, we give full consideration to buyers’ site conditions and public engineering conditions, and pay concurrent attention to the optimum combination when assuring the quality of equipment.
Installation and commissioning
After the equipment is delivered to buyers factory, we will dispatch full-time technical personnel to instruct buyers’ installation and to take charge of commissioning until normal use of the equipment.
Before buyers use our equipment normally, our commissioning personnel will organize buyers’ relevant personnel to accept training, which covers the maintenance and care of equipment, timely repair of common faults, and procedures for operation of equipment.
We provide one-year warranty for our equipment. For damage of equipment arising from non-artificial factors within the warranty period, we will provide repair service for free; and for damage of equipment arising from artificial factors, we will provide repair service in time and collect corresponding cost.
