Material is fed into the fluid bed dryer from feeding port, under the action of vibrating force, material moves forward with the fluidized state continuously along the horizontal direction. Hot air passes through fluid bed from bottom to up and does heat exchange with damp material. After the powder is collected by cyclone separator, damp air is exhausted out. Dried product is discharged from discharging port.
