The material has been feed into the fluid bed dryer, under the dual function of the vibration and air flow, the material move along the fluid bed as throwing forward continuously. Hot air upward through the fluid bed and wet materials from the heat after the exchange, after the cyclone dust emissions from dry materials from discharging from the discharging end.
It consists of feeding device, trough, cover, vibrating motor, damping device, cyclone, blower, air filter, heat exchange, bag filter, piping, burner etc.
Raw material is fed into the machine from and move forward continuously along with the horizontal direction under the force of vibrating motor. The hot air passes through fluidized-bed and exchange heat with raw materials , then the wet air is dusted by cyclone separator and exhausted from air outlet, the dried material is discharged through outlet.
