ZLG series vibrating fluidized bed dryer is an enhanced drying device with special purpose, which is usually used for final drying of materials.
The mechanical vibration helps material to fluidize during the drying process, which is not only conducive to boundary layer turbulence and enhanced heat and mass transfer, but also ensures that the drying equipment works under relatively stable flow mechanics conditions. In addition to having a good drying function, this equipment can also be equipped with materials such as granulation, cooling, screening and conveying according to the needs of the process. Has been widely used in sugar, medicine, fertilizer, chemical, plastics, dairy, salt, and mining and other industrial sectors. This technology is basically mature and has formed a series.
Vibrating fluidized bed dryers are well suited for:
Material that has a wide particle size distribution — fluid bed dryer vibration will help to discharge oversize particles that will not fluidize.
Sluggish or sticky materials.
Temperature sensitive materials — a sub-fluidized condition can be created to produce plug flow and eliminate burning or discoloration of individual particles.
Fragile materials — low amplitude fluid bed dryer vibration and reduced fluidizing velocity create a gentle bed, which causes less degradation than conventional fluid bed dryers or other mechanical dryers.

Working principle
At present, the most widely used horizontal vibration fluidized bed dryers are similar in shape and basic structure to ordinary horizontal fluidized bed dryers. The difference is that the entire body of the vibrating fluidized bed is supported on the base by springs, the perforated plate is slightly inclined toward the discharge end, and a vibration motor is installed on one or both sides of the body. The material is fluidized by the dual action of mechanical vibration and perforated airflow, and moves forward under the action of vibration.
The material enters the machine from the feeding port. Under the action of vibration force, the material is thrown forward in the horizontal direction and moves continuously. After the hot air passes through the fluidized bed to exchange heat with the wet material, the wet air is removed by the cyclone separator and discharged by the exhaust air. Discharge; dry material is discharged from the discharge port.
Application
Vibration fluidized bed dryer is widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, food, plastic, grain and oil, slag, salt making, tobacco and other industries for drying, cooling and humidifying powdery and granular materials. It can also be used for drying. Cooling, cooling and humidifying operations.
1. Chemical industry: Boric acid, borax, p-diphenol, catalyst, polyvinyl chloride, light calcium carbonate, anhydrous sodium sulfate, etc.
2. Medicine: glucose, colic acid, Zhimu, Platycodon grandiflorum, Atractylodes macrocephala, granules, capsules, etc.
