Introduction
High speed centrifugal spray dryer is the most widely used process in the liquid forming and drying industry. Most suitable for producing powdered, granular solid products from solutions, emulsions, suspensions and pasty liquid raw materials. Therefore, spray drying is a very desirable process when the particle size distribution, residual moisture content, bulk density, and particle shape of the finished product must meet the exact standards.

Operating Principle
After the air is filtered and heated, it enters the air distributor on the top of the dryer. The hot air spirals evenly into the drying chamber. Liquid feed through the tower at the top of the high-speed centrifugal atomizer, (rotating) spray into a very fine mist droplets, and hot air and cocurrent contact, in a very short period of time can be dried into finished products. The finished product is continuously output from the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone, and is discarded by the blower.
Application
◆Chemical industry:
sodium fluoride (potassium), basic dye pigments, dye intermediates, compound fertilizers, formaldehyde silicas, catalysts, sulfuric acid, amino acids, such as white carbon black.
◆Plastic resin:
AB, ABS emulsion, urea formaldehyde resin, phenolic resin, plastic (urea) formaldehyde resin, polyethylene, PVC and so on.
◆Food industry:
fat-rich milk, prion, cocoa milk, milk substitute, pig blood meal, egg white (yellow) and so on.
◆Food and plants:
oats, chicken juice, coffee, instant tea, seasoning spices meat, protein, soy, peanut protein, hydrolyzate and so on.

corn syrup, corn starch, glucose, pectin, maltose, potassium sorbate and so on.
