Different processes and equipment can be used for the dyeing of textile fabrics. The dyeing process for textile fabric dyeing machines can be roughly divided into five stages, namely, bulk fiber dyeing, top yarn dyeing, yarn dyeing, piece dyeing and garment dyeing. The conventional textile fabric dyeing machine adopts a horizontal drum type, and the inner liner is made of high quality stainless steel, which is smooth and corrosion resistant.
The so-called textile fabric dyeing machine mainly consists of: inner cylinder, outer cylinder, motor, electric appliance, etc. The equipment has reasonable structure, convenient installation and maintenance. During the dyeing process, the inner cylinder of the machine is running in reverse, so that the fabric and the dye are fully fused at high temperature to achieve the desired dyeing effect.
The outer cylinder door of the textile dyeing machine is also provided with a safety device. For example, when the door is suddenly opened in actual operation, the opportunity is immediately stopped to ensure the safety of the machine and the operator. In other words, the textile fabric dyeing machine is not only reliable but also very safe.
