Vacuum drying ovens are widely used in research and application fields such as biochemistry, chemical pharmacy, medical and health, agricultural research, environmental protection, etc., for powder drying, baking and disinfection and sterilization of various glass containers. It is especially suitable for fast and efficient drying of heat sensitive, easily decomposable, oxidizable substances and complex ingredients.
The vacuum environment greatly reduces the boiling point of the liquid to be expelled, so vacuum drying can be easily applied to heat sensitive substances;
For samples that are not easy to dry, such as powder or other granular samples, vacuum drying can be used to effectively reduce drying time;
Various structurally complicated mechanical parts or other porous samples are cleaned and then vacuum dried using a dry drying method without any participating substances after complete drying;
Safer to use - completely eliminate the possibility of oxide explosion during vacuum or inert conditions;
Powdered samples are not blown or moved by flowing air compared to ordinary drying that relies on air circulation.
The bottom of the electric drying oven is filled with fresh air replenishing holes, and the top of the working chamber is provided with a ventilation adjusting port. The heated gas can be naturally discharged from the ventilation regulating port. The working chamber is an unclosed container and thus only bears a very small amount of gas pressure difference.
The working chamber of the vacuum drying oven is subjected to a negative atmospheric pressure, so the sealing property is quite good. If the heating is not performed under vacuum, the gas expanded in the working chamber may be generated to explode by rupturing the observation window tempered glass or the container.
