Tank: It is mainly used for culturing and fermenting all kinds of bacteria. It has better sealing performance (to prevent bacteria from being contaminated).
There are stirring blades in the tank, which are used for stirring during the fermentation process.
Bottom-vented Sparger is used to pass the air or oxygen needed for the growth of the bacteria.
There are control sensors on the top plate of the tank, the most commonly used are pH electrode and DO electrode, which are used to monitor the change of pH and DO of the fermentation broth during the fermentation process, to display and control the fermentation conditions and so on.
